I’m Sally Ann Kelso, a certified life coach with a Master’s in psychology. I’ve spent over 30 years as a counselor and coach, helping people navigate life’s challenges.
Life has taught me a lot of lessons. One of the most important?
The kind of conversations where you feel heard, understood, and supported—where you finally see a way forward. That’s what my coaching is about: a space where you can think, feel, and grow without pressure or judgment.
I’ve spent my career helping people find their voice, navigate challenges, and move forward.
It started in school teaching and counseling.
I worked with at-risk teens and their families, supporting them through tough moments and guiding them toward their goals.
I met people from all walks of life, and with each conversation I learned just as much as I taught. Listening and learning right along side them.
Over time, I realized that the best part of my work was the deep, one-on-one conversations—the moments where real change happened.
Many of those students kept in touch, coming back to me years later for guidance.
I wanted to keep doing this beyond the walls of a school. Coaching became my way to help people explore communication, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward—at any stage of life.
Understanding yourself makes communication, parenting, and all relationships easier. Coaching helps you build trust, set boundaries, and create healthier connections.
Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Coaching gives you practical tools to build confidence, shift your mindset, and take the next step.
When you know how you think, what you value, and where you get stuck, it’s easier to make choices that work for you.
When you connect with what truly engages you, it’s easier to stay motivated, present, and intentional about your next steps.
If you’re ready to start making real progress toward relief, confidence, and growth, I’m here to help.
